By now we’ve all heard of Pilates, and we’ve all heard of Zumba Fitness, but have you heard of Bokwa Fitness?

So what is Bokwa fitness? Bokwa is the new and up and coming fitness programme, based around dance routines to enhance cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility and suppleness.
